What is the cost of Open Gym?

There is no cost to you if you are a Lightning Elite athlete. $10 guest fee per athlete

Will their be coaches at Open Gym to work with me?

Our Open gym program is meant to be a time for athletes to work on skills independently. Coaches will be present to guide you to specific drills and provide correction.

How will I know what to do at Open Gym?

If you are a Lightning Athlete, you should be working on skills that are in the correct progression of your skill set. Please ask your coaches so that your Open gym time is productive and safe. If you are a guest at our gym, make sure you are attempting sills in your comfort zone.
